When starting a unit you have to press space or anything within two seconds (you will see that info in the console). That will prompt you with the CFE console. Type a 'help' to give you a rough overview of the options. The one you need is 'f'. I am not quite shure if it's 'f imagename tftp-ip' or 'f tftp-ip imagename' but just type 'f' alone and it will tell you.
So, the next thing you need is a tftp Server. I always use the one attached. Small, does what it should. Just launch that in the folder where your image is. If you have linux you will figure it out yourself.
So basically when the TFTP server is running you tell the SE515 to flash a image ('f') from a TFTP Server. Then you just have to wait a little bit and that's it. Because the file is loaded over the net it's done in seconds. The serial console is just a command console. It's not to transfer data.
