Build new firmware

First - many thank's HPH for you very nice work !

I have 10 board from Sinus 1054 DSL and very interested re-build software with new features (GPIO control, 1-Wire temp monitoring and other...)

I have collection firmware and some sources from many devices based on SoC BCM6345.

I have small page (russian lang only, sorry) for write notify for my mod.
I restore 7 my borads from bricked-box status via JTAG - see photo and software in page.

I have questions:
1. On http://j0t.de/ have a collection of firmware and source codes and when receiving the archive bcm963xx_2.14L.02_consumer_release.tar.gz it fails to unpack.  This is my problem ?
2. So was I really liked the firmware se515b-v021402_19_ba09b6f_hp03.zip but it does not work on my Sinus 1054 DSL. Can I get the source archive version HP03 for assembly of the firmware for my board?
3. I prepared a patch to correct any source Hitachi/Siemens under Sinus 1054 DSL (board-id files, modules for wifi and ethernet). So I have decided to use VTUNd on the router. Can I publish them?

The newest stuff I am aware of is http://static.btopenworld.com/broadband/adhoc_pages/drivers/Voyager_GPL.zip

But you may check the latest OpenWRT because they mode process with the BCM63XX parts.

OpenWRT is not interested for me becourse use 2.6 kernel...
My routers (Sinus 1054 DSL) have 8 Mb RAM, it not good for OpenWRT

So, problem..

This archive contains 2.6 kernel also and not contains VOYAGER2100 profiles and binary kernel modules for BRCM6345 (only for BRCM6348).

Again search 2.18L.01 or 2.21L.01/05 sources...

Possible downoad source with you mod HP03 (AKA the real Easteregg release) ?
