SE515 with cleaned flah

Hi , i have received SE515 router ,but totally dead , no serial connection ,only by jtag there is some response...
I tried according to this thread: http://k0.j0t.de/index.php/topic,160.0.html decompose soft se515b-v021402_19_ba09b6f from http://j0t.de/
 and after that i renamed file loader to cfe.bin , and tried to put it via jtag by command :
wrt54g -flash:cfe /start:1fc00000 /window:1fc00000 /length:10000 /nobreak /noreset

It starts cleaning part of flash , and starts puttig it ,but after a while it stops. And it stops exaclly in the same place.
I found some other file called se515....cfe.bin (can't find a link) ,and also tried to put it , but also stops every time , but in diffrend addres 9 but exacly the same for this file).

Am I doing something wrong ? ( Decompose and simply rename loader to cfe.bin)
Can anyone help me ?

Sorry mate, I did the flashing using JTAG only once and that is now years ago.

Correct ,that it is no need to do it many times
This is only the last help.
For me looks like the flash is brocken ,becouse i done some flashing with the same computer to SE505 ,and there wend ok.
Here the program can recognize type of procesor , type of flash , but it stops exacly in the same place...
Tried to do it in linux and in windows xp ,same situation.

I would not investigate to much time. 11g routers are not really worth the time anymore. You can get cheap 11n routers with better functionality out-of-the-box for little money.
